FAQ's

1. When will my item ship ? There is a 2 day processing time on all orders. Shipping depends on the option selected at check out. Please refer to our shipping policy. 

2. What payment methods are accepted by Fifty Fifty Clothing ? We accept major credit cards . Visa , Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Electronic Money transfers, Money Orders and electronic Checks  are not accepted.

3.How can I receive a refund ? Our policy lasts 21 business days. If 21 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the event you receive a damaged item it is your responsibility to resolve with with Fifty Fifty Clothing. Notification of a damage item is required within 48 hours of receipt. Credit/Debit card fraud and theft or all of our products and merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law this includes charge backs . Please refer to our Refund policy for additional information. 

4. Can I receive a refund on sale items ? All Sales are Final on sales items.

5. When is my Credit Card/Debit Card charged ? Immediately. 

6. How will I know if my order has processed ? You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary, and updated tracking.
